Delivery Charges

Our postage rates are as follows:

UK

For orders up to £20.00 –  £1.20p per order
Over over £20.00 – delivered free of charge

Europe

Postage to EU Flat Rate of £5.00 per order

Rest of the World

Postage to Rest of World Flat Rate of £11.50 per order

VAT

There is no VAT on books bought in the UK.
Duty and Customs
 – we are not aware of any duty and customs charges that apply to our book sales. If any such charges arise, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment

Orders are made through PayPal or Stripe secure checkouts.  This can be done through your PayPal account if you have one, or by using your Credit or Debit Card through PayPal if you don’t or through Stripe using your Credit or Debit Card.  There is no extra charge for using your card through PayPal or Stripe.

Returns

If your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@pocketwalks.com to arrange a refund or replacement.  Unwanted books which are returned must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale.

Security

Your shopping through this site is secure as all transactions take place on a secure server.  When you go to the checkout and pay for your order, the address of the Payment page will begin with https://. This means that it is on a secure server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server.
