32 pages - 6 walks
A useful general guide to the historic university town of St Andrews, and to the picturesque and historic villages of east Fife. The pocket-sized book (210mm high/100mm wide) contains a street map and index covering the town centre; sections dealing with the town’s history – the church, the university and, of course, golf; and six mapped and described walks: three leading you around St Andrews, and the others leading you through the sites and attractions of three of the finest of Fife’s villages – Crail and Anstruther on the coast, and the tiny village of Falkland, with its Royal Palace, inland. Basic details on six other villages also included. Illustrated with black and white photos, illustrations and maps.
