When you order a book from this site, your order will pass directly to our distributor, BookSource – an established book distribution company who store all our books in their warehouse. They will generate your invoice on our behalf and dispatch your book/s within 3 - 5 days by second class post. Books will be sold at the price shown on this site. BookSource’s name will appear on transactions on your Credit Card Statement. Should you require an order urgently, first class or next day delivery can be arranged by telephoning BookSource Customer Services on 0845 370 0067. Please note that this service would involve an extra charge.
VAT
There is no VAT on books bought in the UK.

We are not aware of any duty and customs charges that apply to our book sales. If any such charges arise, these are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns
If your order is incorrect, faulty or damaged, please contact BookSource (0845 3700067 or customerservice@booksource.net)
If upon receiving an item, you decide that you no longer want it, please contact Hallewell Publications (info@pocketwalks.com) for a returns label. Books which are returned must be in perfect condition and suitable for resale.
